Picadailys Terms of Service
Welcome to Picadailys Services Limited, this service operates the Picadailys service, website, and software application (collectively referred to as the “Service”).
This Service allows you to:
- Transfer funds between your mobile money wallet and bank account, as well as send money to another user’s wallet or account.
- Make payments for products and services offered by third-party merchants using your mobile money wallet, bank account, or debit/credit card.
Whether you are transferring money, paying bills or purchasing products from third-party merchants, Picadailys ensures a smooth and convenient digital transaction experience. By using any part of the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these Terms, please discontinue use of the Service immediately.
Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our platform or mobile application, you agree to be bound
by these Terms of Service. This constitutes a legally binding contract between
you and Picadailys. If you do not accept these Terms, kindly refrain from using
the Service.
2. Account Registration & Security
To enjoy Picadailys features and services, you must:
- Accurate Information: Register for an account using a valid mobile phone number and accurate personal details as required by Picadailys.
- Maintain Confidentiality: keep your personal Identification Number (PIN) secure and confidential.
- Comply with Legal Requirements: Adhere to all applicable laws and regulations and any additional details requested for compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Upon registration, you will receive a unique PIN for account access. You are solely responsible for keeping your PIN secure and confidential and also responsible for all activities conducted under your account, you can notify us of any unauthorized use.
Picadailys is not liable for any loss or compromise resulting from unauthorized disclosure of your credentials, you can notify us of any unauthorized use.
3. Third-Party Merchants & Services
Picadailys provides a secure and convenient digital platform for financial transactions and access to a marketplace where independent third-party merchants offer products and services. By using our Services, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
These Services include, but are not limited to:
- Digital Wallet & Mobile Payments: Store and manage funds securely within the Picadailys mobile app, transfer funds to other Picadailys users and linked bank accounts, make payments for goods and services to supported merchants.
- Airtime, Data, and Bill Payments: Purchase airtime and mobile data from supported telecom providers and pay utility bills such as electricity, water, and internet subscriptions. Purchases are governed by your telecom provider’s terms and service providers.
- Bank Transfers & Cash Withdrawals: Send and receive money directly from linked bank accounts and withdraw cash from supported agents or ATMs using unique transaction codes.
- Merchant Payments & QR Code Transactions: Pay merchants using QR code scanning or direct merchant transactions, enable small businesses and vendors to accept cashless payments.
- Loans & Credit Services (if applicable): Apply for micro-loans based on transaction history and eligibility criteria and receive credit offers from Picadaily’s financial partners.
- Investment & Savings (if applicable): Access digital savings plans and investment options within the app, and earn interest on savings based on terms and conditions.
- Security & Fraud Protection: End-to-end encryption for all transactions, 24/7 fraud monitoring and customer support.
Modifications and Additional Services:
Important: When purchasing products or services from third-party Merchants, you do so at your own risk and are subject to their respective terms. Picadailys does not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for these third-party offerings, we reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of our service at any time without prior notice.
4. Payment Processing
To facilitate transactions, Picadailys integrates with mobile money providers, banks, and payment processors (“Payment Processors”). When you complete a purchase, payments are processed through these entities, subject to their individual terms and conditions.
Key points:
- Picadailys does not process payments directly.
- Any issues with payment transactions should be addressed to the respective Payment Processor.
- By making a purchase, you authorize the Merchant (or Picadailys acting on behalf of the Merchant) to charge your selected payment method.

Transaction fees and charges will be communicated to you through our app or website. By using our services, you agree to the applicable fees.
7. User Responsibilities
You the user agrees to:
- Use our Services Lawfully: Not to engage in fraudulent or illegal activities.
- Provide True Information: Ensure all information provided is accurate and up-to-date.
- Safeguard Account Details: Protect your account information and notify us of any security breaches immediately
8. Privacy
Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

For complaints regarding a Merchant’s practices, you may also report them to ( care@picadailys.com), and we will take the necessary steps to address the issue.

- No Guarantee of Uninterrupted Service: Picadailys provides its Services on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. While we strive to maintain uninterrupted access, we do not guarantee that the Services will be free from disruptions, delays, or technical issues.
- No Financial or Legal Advisory: The information and Services provided by Picadailys do not constitute financial, investment, or legal advice. Users are encouraged to consult with qualified professionals before making financial decisions.
- Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Picadailys, its affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for:
- Any loss of funds due to user negligence, including sharing of PINs, passwords, or unauthorized access.
- Delays, errors, or failures in transaction processing caused by system issues, third- party providers, or force majeure events.
- Any losses incurred due to fraudulent activities, hacking, or unauthorized transactions beyond our control.
- Third-Party Services & Links: Picadailys may integrate with third-party services, such as banks, billers, and payment processors. We do not control these third-party platforms and are not responsible for their availability, security, or terms of use.
- User Responsibilities & Compliance: Users must comply with all relevant laws, including anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) regulations. Picadaily reserves the right to block, suspend, or terminate accounts involved in suspicious or
unlawful activities.
